These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Morpheeus, a French technology company offering a platform for creating, sharing, and engaging with personalized audio stories using artificial intelligence and voice cloning technology ("Morpheeus" or "we"). By accessing or using the Morpheeus website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
Our Service allows users to create personalized stories using their own voices or cloned voices through artificial intelligence and voice cloning technology. Users can also interact with stories in innovative ways. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, and without liability to you.
3. User Registration and Account Management
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Morpheeus reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
a. User Content: You retain all rights to content you create on the Service. By using the Service, you grant Morpheeus a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
b. Morpheeus Content: Except for user-generated content, all other content on the Service, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, software, music, sound, and other files (collectively, "Morpheeus Content"), is owned by Morpheeus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may only use Morpheeus Content for personal, non-commercial purposes and with proper attribution to Morpheeus.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service:
a. In any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service;
b. To send, upload, or distribute viruses or malware;
c. To engage in illegal activities or submit false or misleading information;

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Morpheeus makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information, content, or materials included on the Service. Morpheeus does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Morpheeus, its affiliates, officers, agents, or employees be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Modification of Terms
Morpheeus may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
9. Termination
Morpheeus may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including a breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of France.
